Node BusterRequest deletion of your Node Buster data
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Node Buster data deletion request.” Send the request from the email address associated with your Node Buster account, or include that address in your message.
We will verify the request, delete the account data and workspace data associated with it where applicable, and confirm completion by email.
Disconnect Instagram access
You can remove Node Buster’s Instagram connection from the workspace settings in Node Buster. You may also revoke Node Buster in Instagram or Facebook’s connected-app settings. Revoking access prevents future access through that connection; it does not automatically remove existing Node Buster workspace data, so email us if you also want that data deleted.
What we need to process a request
To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm control of the account email address or provide additional information necessary to verify the request. We will use that information only to process the deletion request.
Response timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited information may remain in backups or records where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations; such information is isolated and removed in accordance with the applicable retention process.
